My oh my, Ilse & Aleks’ wedding day was an absolute treat to photograph! There was the most amazing attention to detail and I was in absolute photography heaven shooting all the festivities! Ilse and her mother, Antoinette, did the most amazing job at putting this beautiful wedding together!
The Oaks Estate in Greyton was the perfect place for this farm-chic, victorian inspired wedding celebration and Ilse & Aleks’ guests traveled as far and wide as India and England to be there.
Ilse looked like she’d stepped straight out of a Jane Austin novel in her beautiful silk and lace Marianne Fassler wedding gown. It was also very special that she wore her grandmothers vintage veil. I had to keep my squeals of delight at bay when I laid eyed on Ilse’s Vivienne Westwood nude pumps and her bridesmaids sweet dresses were totally and utterly swoon worthy!
Homemade lemonade, pastel peonies, farm style treats, mismatched delft crockery, wheat fields, live bands and a banquet style dinner were just a few of the things that made this special day stand out!
